When will be my account downgraded?

Am I supposed to pay for July, when I am downgrading my plan?

I notice that you have tried cancelling the subscription plan. so our internal system treats the subscription period normally to downgrade the account at the end of the current period i.e.,  on 29-Jul-2018. However, as I check our records, there was no charge made on Jun 29 as per the schedule to renew your account subscription. However, our payment processor shall try to attempt a charge in few days. If the payment is not successful, it shall be downgraded then. 

Let us know if you want to downgrade the account to Free now, so that we can proceed further and our payment processor will not attempt another charge on your card.
