I meant to upgrade my existing account by mistakenly paid for a new account. I need to cancel my new account and upgrade the existing.

    Can you please let us know what is the new account username and the existing one?  I'll try to transfer the payment to the other one. Otherwise, I'll cancel it and refund it so you can upgrade the correct one
