PDF report: Submitted data is not showing in downloaded PDF report

    I have checked your submission dashboard for this form and I could not reproduce the issue. The PDF was downloaded successfully. as expected.

    Hi 

     

    I am trying to download all of them individually and when I do that it appears as a blank form. 

    I used to be able to do a download of single submissions as a pdf, then recently the same process leads to a zip folder being downloaded of multiple copies of the same submission, or of an earlier submission and not the one that I had selected.

    I have also tried on different browsers, computers, phones and tablets. I don't usually have this problem and the links you have sent don't do anything to resolve the matter.

    I was able to replicate the issue you reported. I will report this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    Can you please also tell us if you have customized your PDF report?

    No I haven't customized my PDF report. 

    The problem is still happening and it is very important that this is rectified. Nobody has got in contact with me and nothing has been done. 

    I am having a lot of pressure put on me due to your malfunctions. 

    Can someone sort this situation otherwise we shall be using another form service.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you. This issue is already reported to our developers but unfortunately, it is still not resolved. Our developers will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.

    For now, I can only suggest you to download all your PDF report at once, instead of downloading them individually.

    The forms are needed to be downloaded individually. The company I send my forms to can not accept the pdf all at once. 


    What do I do now ? Nobody has contacted me to let me know the progress of resolving this problem.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The progress so far on the problem is it has been assigned to a developer and marked as important. This means the issue is being looked at by our backend team and we shall let you know as soon as there is a response on it. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an exact ETA of when the issue will be resolved. Thank you for your patience.
