Could i reverse the last payment that jotform auto debit from my account?

    i did'nt know that one time you upgrade the account, jotform automatically renew the suscription month per month.

    I searched into our records and I was not able to find any recent payment that might be linked to your username or email address. Can you please let us know the reference number so we can cancel and refund ?
