My "schedule an event" form is not updating on our website: http://ccc.crossroads-christian.org/news-events/schedule-an-event/

I have added additional selections to the form and recopied the embed code several times with no luck. Our website is in WordPress.

Thanks for your help. If I use the link to the form, it is working.

    Hi Tasha

It's probably a caching problem with the server nearest to your location in our CDN (Content Delivery Network). In the page within which the form is embedded, please change

    http://form.jotform.com/form/20375913512

    to

    http://www.jotform.com/form/20375913512

    and change

    http://form.jotform.com/jsform/20375913512

    to

    http://www.jotform.com/jsform/20375913512

and let us know if doing so helps.

    Thanks.

    That worked! Thank you!
However, now the conditions I have set up under “Please select other Ministry Teams you are coordinating this event with or who may be affected by your event:”are not working. Any thoughts on that?
    Thanks for all your help!

    Hi Tasha,

    How should those conditions work?

The more detail you can provide the best positioned we will be to assist.

    Thanks.

On the Schedule an Event form located at http://ccc.crossroads-christian.org/news-events/schedule-an-event/ toward the bottom it says “Please select other Ministry Teams you are coordinating this event with or who may be affected by your event:” Based on what is selected, I want each selection to send an email to the person associated with the team or selection but it is not sending the multiple emails based on the selections. Thanks!

You have only one conditional Email Notification, it means that our system will sent only one conditional email.

In other words, all your conditions are based on the first Schedule an Event Email Notification. The system will trigger some matching condition, but it will skip other conditions.

You can try to use separate Email Notifications in your conditions, so that system will be able to sent multiple conditional emails.

If something is not clear, please let us know. We will be happy to help.
