It looks like you are attempting to register an email address for a Guest account. You would need to register an account with that email address before it will allow for verification.

There isn't currently a registered account associated with your email address. This is why the verification email shows your username as Guest_xxxxxxxxx. Try registering an account with your email address and then if the verification still doesn't work, let us know and we will have a look.

I have checked the account and the account email address is Sagebrook****90040@gmail.com .
To clarify, you don't have access to this email address? You could retrieve the password by getting the password reset instructions using that email address.GUIDE:https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password
If submissions is not the problem, you could just clone the forms under that account to your new account. However, do note that the submissions won't be transferred to cloned forms.
