UploadCare Widget: Cannot upload images

Hi 

Can not this widget to work.  I have set up paying account with widget's web site ... I have the right public key.  but will not upload - can you please let me know what I doing wrong.  When I go onto the widgets web site - I can upload directly.  So that account is set up correctly.

I can see that you have added the Uploadcare Widget to that form.

I have tried uploading an image to your form (using Chrome Incognito) and the image was uploaded successfully.

I have also created a new form and added the Uploadcare Widget.
The upload is working correctly.

wow - your works.  thank you ... challenge is I cannot seem to get to work in my jot form account.  I have tried starting from scratch - just will not work.  But your works.

Can you please log into my account and just make one new form work .. and i can builded it out.

I ahve no idea why it not working -- i have triple check the pubic key - I use the same browers - your works - but mines does not.

I have checked your form, http://www.jotform.ca/form/81834794370263, and made a test submission without making any changes to your form and was able to submit successfully without any issues. Image was also uploaded successfully.

Please clear your browser cache or try opening your form in incognito window. It is also possible that the image that you've tried to upload is the one causing the issue. If you're still having problems uploading, please try another image, or you may also attach the image in this thread so we may try uploading the image you've got.

Your version is: Chrome 67 on Windows 10

I checked your form and was able to upload an image and submit.

For example:

Please try using private browsing mode (incognito). 

If that works, try clearing your web browser cache and cookies? Make sure you select all of them and not just the past hour.
