Calculate the price of the stay and how many are in the room

Hi,

I'm putting together a Hotel Booking Form.    Is there a way to calculate the price of the stay by using their dates and how many are in the room?

Yes this is very much possible using Calculations and Payment integration.

For the Check-In/Out date field, I suggest using the Date Picker field instead (2 of them) to be able to do calculations using date fields.

In your Room Type dropdown, you can enable calculation values

so that you can assign a value depending on the room.

And as what my colleague has suggested on Check-In/Out date field, to use the Date Picker field instead (2 of them) to be able to do calculations using date fields.

The nightly total per room depends on how many guests per room. Is there
a way to incorporate this?

I have checked your form and you have not added any value to your current dropdown field for room type.

First, you must input a corresponding value to your room type.

Then use a Form Calculation, to calculate the number of guest x by the room rates.

HI,
I still can't get this to work correctly. One of the issues is if there
are two people in a room it a different cost if it is one person in the
room. Example: Mirage Club 1-Bedroom Suite w/ Jacuzzi .... Single rate
is 1586.60 / double rate is 1202.60 per person.
Second issue is the calculation is adding an extra number. When
calculating.

So what you are saying is, there is a discount rate (or less payment) if there is more than one person book in the room. Can you please elaborate more

Right now the formula is just straight forward :

Total = Room Type * Number of Guest

I also need for the form to calculate the deposit (amount due at time of
booking) which is $100 per person. That is the amount that needs to be in
the payment widget (I'll be using PayPal).

If you want to calculate the payment manually, you can change the Payment type to "user defined amount" in Paypal Settings.

Then pass the calculation to PayPal.

First I moved the number of guests up to the top. When you select 1 guest it shows a single room dropdown (with the single prices). If you select greater than or equal to two guests it show the double room dropdown (with the double prices)

The condition looks like this:

The check in/check out widget doesn't seem to be working for me. So I used the dates difference widget instead. The days field shows the number of selected days. You could hide this field if you don't want it to be visible on the published form. 

Finally, the calculation looks like this:
