How can I download encrypted data?

Hi! I recently created a form and clicked on the option to have the form data encrypted. When I went to view submissions, I wanted to download the submissions in PDF form so I wouldn't have to login to JotForms each time I need the information. I found that I couldn't download them into PDF form when they are encrypted, so I went back to settings and disable encryption. Now when I went to view submissions, the submissions were encrypted and I couldn't read anything. How do I solve this? And where can I find my encryption key? I searched my e-mail and I don't remember ever seeing an encryption key anywhere.

    Thanks!

Edit: I found a file on my computer named Jotformkey. How do I use this? And also is there any way to download the submissions of my form while they are encrypted? Thanks

When you enable the encryption option the submissions cannot be downloaded, disabling the encryption does not decrypt the data, unfortunately, the encryption data can be accessed only by accessing to the Jotform site.

Now, if you want to view encrypted submissions the option must be turned on under the form settings and you will be asked for the key while you're viewing your submissions.

I would also recommend you to kindly check the following guide about encryption: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

    Thanks.
