Can't create additional forms

    I thought our subscription allowed us to make more surveys than the ones we have already made. Could you clarify this for me? We share an account with someone else on campus (Trinity Western University) and we have created lots of forms before but for some reason I can't create neither a Card or a Classic Template. Why is this ?  

    Our username is HKINAF, we have lots of shared surveys that we made but were saved in that shared folder, but now new surveys are being saved in a different one and it says we cannot have more than 5.

    We need to make a new survey today, please help as this is urgent

    Your account is on Free plan, which is restricted to only 5 forms. Currently, you already have 5, hence, you cannot create more. To view your current usage and limits, please check out your My Account > Usage page.

    Trinity Western University on the other hand is on an old plan which allowed them unlimited number of forms. I can confirm that you are indeed a sub-user of them with some forms shared to you.

    May I suggest that for forms that are meant to be shared with Trinity Western University, please move them to the folder shared to you by Trinity since they can have unlimited number of forms. However, please note though, that once you move your forms under the shared folder, the owner of the form will then be Trinity, which means, your access to those forms are subject to Trinity's discretion anytime.
