Can I split Text from Google Spreadsheeet while remain the text in the form the same ?

hi , i create a box with ID and Name in only one box in jotform , and i received in google spreadsheet is ID and name in one column. i can split the ID and name into 2 columns in  spreadsheet .  but in jotform i want to remain with only a box the same in jotform. 
is it possible to keep it the same in jot form and split from 1 column to 2 column in spreadsheet ? is the next update will be refreshed and link each other ? 

It should be possible but it's not good to modify the integrated spreadsheet since it could break the integration.
