I currently have the premimum account, but want to downgrade to the free account. The free account is not presented as an option on the plimus panel.

As far as I can see, your subscription has been already cancelled. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. Even when you cancel your Premium account subscription, you will not lose any of your forms or your data.
