Can I create 2 or more versions of the form, and link them

Asked by wunderwoman on November 27, 2012 at 10:24 PM

    Heyo!

Wanting to do something out of the box...  The context is job abbplicaitons

I want to set up a series of forms for applicatns to turn themselves into candiates.  There will be at least 2 versions of the form, with expanding bits of info on the forms.

they'll fill out info on one form.

then depending on what info they put in that form, they'll get another form with more detail which expands on the first.

That step may be repeated another time or two.

But somehow, I want the forms / versions of the form to tie together.  That will allow me to keep a complete recordand prevent me from having to request the same info multiple times.

Is there a way to do this?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

That's possible, please take a look at this thread for similar function. How do I prepopulate fields in one form with text input from another form (this will help you prepopulate data entered from the first form to another form), after following that guide you may setup conditions to your form to be able to change the thank you page containing the 2nd form URL depending on what info they put on the first form. Here's a visual guide on how to create such thank you page condition.

Let us know if you have further questions or if you need further assistance about this. Thanks!
