The form has stopped working

    I tested the form once it was set up but now it is not working and i get this error message attached.

    What has happened and what do i need to do to fix this?

    Try to connect the the Payment integration with Stripe.

    I was with Square but changed to Stripe and seems to be working fine again. also fees are less with stripe! Bonus!!! Thanks
