Can I change the link to my form to my own unique link?

You can give your form a custom URL. In order to do that, you can follow the steps below:

1. Choose the form you would like to give a custom URL and click edit to go into form builder.

2. Head to PUBLISH tab from the top, and in the quick share section, click the PENCIL icon next to the URL which is under the DIRECT LINK OF YOUR FORM.

After that, you can type in custom URL of your form.
