How to restore deleted forms?

    I accidentally deleted a form as I was on phone and trying to find link to share for feedback. Undo appeared less than a second or two and I couldn’t find the button. Help! Need the form back

    You can recover deleted forms inside your MyForms?Trash. However, I don't think you can view it on our APP or in mobile devices. You need to view your MyForms using a pc/laptop/Mac.

    Do note that, purged forms cannot be restored.
