Account Settings: Change Email Address

    You can change the email address associated with your account by accessing Your Account Page > Profile, and editing the email address as shown by the image below:

    Notice that once you change the email address associated with your account, the default email recipient will be changed in the notification settings of your forms.

    Hi and thank you for your response but I try to do that and say the email
    is already registered

    It could be that you're trying to enter a used email address.

    May we know the email address so that we can check it? If you have created a guest account using that email address, that may also be a reason why your email address has been used.

    Try deleting that guest account.
