We are forwarding the responses to an email that goes directly to Salesforce so our Customer Care team can update the received information. 3 of the questions translate in Salesforce as "Type a question" instead of the actual questions. Would this be a setting on the particular question? We have looked but can't figure out why these 3 don't show the question. They are:
Did the applicant participate in the Cookie Program?
Does the girl/family owe any debt to the council OR to their troop?
And from the Camp questions: I recognize that the financial assistance I am requesting is provided through contributions from community donors, partner organizations, and Girl Scout product programs.
