How can populate from one form to another with Single Choice ?

I'm basic here. I have no idea how to populate this single choice from this form to another form. i know only how to use TExt box only. when i do the same thing , it doessn't work , can you please give me your answer here ?

Please note that the same way you populate textbox field, you can take advantage of our "URL Parameter" feature to populate single choice question as well.
