    Dropbox form stopped working

    I made a dropbox form then edited it (removed the email address field) and it's stoppped working - any ideas?

    I also changed the title of the form and that's about it!

    Dropbox doesn't show nay new files or folders in the 'Jotform' folder except for the 1st test (before customization).

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on the issue of your form, have you tried already re-integrating your form to Dropbox? If not, can you please give a try and if the said issue still persists, can you please provide us your form url/ID?

    Under integrations it says Dropbox is set up.

    Is there anywhere I can configure the settings for it?

    Do I need to post the URL publicly here?

    You can manage your dorp-box integration in our "submission's page" or you can re-integrate your form with drop-box.

    Here is how to get to our "Submission's page":

    Is there a way to stop submission files being saved on jotform (or to have them auto-deleted?).

    I'm using the dropbox integration to store the big files that are submitted to dropbox so they do not fill jotform's storage.

    So, I don't want them saved on jotform after they've been stored on dropbox!

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, that is not possible at this time.  We don't offer an auto delete feature yet.

    However, you can start a new thread an submit a request for this feature if you wish.  We will pass that along to our dev team for consideration.
