Unable to edit forms

When I use the new or old My Forms page and click to edit any of my forms, the screen shot (attached) is what happens next... When I 'retry for a live version of the site', sometimes it takes me to the edit screen but logs me out so the screen is blank anyway! The site navigation buttons then don't work and I have to use the 'go back' button in my browser.

My forms are still working though, I'm just unable to edit them.

I tried to edit my forms a few weeks ago as well, and I think I remember being able to edit them using the old my forms page and not the new one. Is there a solution to this?

    Many thanks.

    Hi,

The screenshot attached means that our website is currently experiencing a downtine due to server loads but this is just a temporary and it will resolve right away, just please click the "Retry for a live version of the site" button to access the site again.  May we please know what domain are you experiencing this?

With regards on editing your form and logs you out, I am thinking that when you edit your form, you are redirected to another domain so for example, you are in www.jotform.com/myforms when you edit one of your form, you are redirected to http://jotform.me/?formID=23323359031950. To fix this, I would suggest you to login to both jotform.com and jotform.me domain. This is suppose to be automatically done by our server but sometimes there is a delay.

    I hope this helps. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I log in to http://www.jotform.com and then the 'retry for a live version of the site' button takes me to http://www.jotformeu.com where I was unable to login as the navigation button doesn't work. I have now managed to login to http://www.jotformeu.com by scrolling down and clicking on 'register', then signing in on the next page.

    Thanks again!

We apologize for the confusions and for such issue with our navigation buttons, our developers are already aware of this and hopefully they will fix it ASAP.

I am grateful that you have sorted it now so please everytime you see a blank page where it supposed to be NOT a blank page, please make sure to check the domain changes and if you are login on that domain or not, if not, then please login and do the process again.

    Thank you.
