    Ooops... reached your limits

    Hi,

    When customers submit an inquery on my clients homepage they do not get any e-mail notofication.

    I have created the form on my Jotform account with appropreate notifications and installed it on my client website but they are not getting any submissions.

    When I try forwarding the submissions from Jotform web site to the customer I get an error message saying "I have reached my limits. But looking at my account it is far from the 100 monthly submissions.

    What can be the problem

    I have two customers (web sites) with this problem so it is very urgent

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconveniences, if any. Please find my answers below your questions;

    When customers submit an inquery on my clients homepage they do not get any e-mail notofication.

    - Please try editing your form notifications and use noreply@jotform.com as your form notifications "Sender Email" so it should looks like this;

    -I'm not sure what's causing this to happen because I cannot replicate the issue when I try doing it on your account, but have you tried it many times and all were the same? That error comes out when trying it again?

    -I have cleared your form cache, see if you still can't forward submissions.

    -Also, please try clearing your page cache, see if this also helps you solved it.
