When I submit a form it gets emailed to me. Then I forward it to other people so they can see the results. On a few of the people's email the results are in two columns (question on the left side, answer on the left side). But recently someone showed me their's was coming in one column all jumbled together. So how do I get it separated into two columns. Is that a setting on their computer, or what?

We could provide you more appropriate insight and suggestion if we could at least know the form URL you are referring to here.
For now, base on assumptions only, if you meant the notification email being jumbled in some instances or in some user's end, I believe this sometimes cause by the email client/reader... if the email client used to open the email message is set to 'text mode' only, chance is the 'html mode' message sent by the form will be cleared of all the formatting -- thus, the lost in text alignment and styles.. this will then appear jumbled when read.
We can do a check on your forms email notification setup if you can proivde us the URL of the form or even just your jotform username.
