Suspended login

    I keep getting a message that my login is suspended. Please help. I need to acess my forms.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.  

    It is required to delete the guilty form from the account in order to activate your account. Please confirm so that we can delete the form and activate the account.
