    How to get the check boxes showing in the results

    Hi, I've created a form with check boxes to be ticked.  When testing out the form, they answeres on these don't appear even though they have been ticked.  Any idea of what I need to do to get them to show up in the results?

    Hello Corrin.  If you're referring to the content on the email notification, it's because the template variable for the checkbox option is not in the content of the email alert.

    Simply clicking on the content of your email content builder and then selecting the 1st item on the list on the right will add the template variable for your selected checkbox items on your email alert on the next time you receive a submission.
