Hello, Today I added the English translation in my form but now I am having problems:

1- When I try to edit the translation the site works and responds very slowly.

2- When I select English and choose the date through the calendar, the calendar remains suspended and it doesn't disappear.

3- I also made a condition, which is to copy the value to field 21, but when it is copied the value appears in the field in English. The value should appear in the original language of the form.

I don't know if there are other errors but I noticed that there was a problem with translation since I started it because of the very slow on-site when I try to edit the translation.

can you please look at the issue and help me?

I have tested your form and replicated the issue 1 and 2.

When I tried to load using your form direct link, the translation does have a delay in translation. However, this is normal as it would translate all the fields.

For the calendar, I have checked your form and it seems you may have edited your date picker field, the only way to choose a date is by double clicking it to close the popup.

For your question number 3, can you please let us know what field is copying the value of field 21 and not translating?

    Thank you.

For the calendar it works well when the form is in its original language, once the form is translated to English it gets the problem!

Please check out again and help me to solve it

For problem no 3, the issue is that the submission data for this field (input184) appear translated, while the data should remain in its original language.

The condition is that - If (input153) is filled copy value from (input153) into (input184).

Now, in submission data (input153) appear in its original language as it should be, while (input184) appear translated!

I have tested your form again and it seems that the calendar is working correctly when  the language is not changed.

I'm not sure, why this is happening, however, double clicking the calendar would close the popup on the English translation.

Tested the submission, and it seems that the value it's getting is correct.

When you translate the form into English, the question/answer is translated also into English.

    Thank you.

    Thank you for your response,

•• For the calendar please you need to find a solution to the problem, Users will not know that they need to double click.

•• For problem number 3 , I think you still don’t understand what is the issue, I don’t want the value to be translated in the submission data. Value must be in the original form’s language “Arabic”, just same like all other value.

I was able to reproduce the issue with the calendar. It seems to happen only with Arabic language. The problem happens when it's trying to switch the form to RTL position. I think that affects the calendar element.

Will make a further test and will escalated it to our L2 team once I have fully tested the field. As for your other question, just want to clarify that the value you want to be in your submission page is the default language selected not the translated value in the form translation settings, correct?
