Im getting a 404 error message when I login to update our billing credit card information. Please help! Thanks so much!

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. I viewed your account in the intent of replicating the issue, however, I'm not seeing a 404 error message. Can you please try logging back in.
If you're still having problems, can you please confirm which part exactly your experiencing the issue? Directly upon logging in? Upon opening the Billing page? Right after you've tried to change your card? Can you also send us a screenshot with the URL included.
