From October 5th we do not receive any mails anymore athough we are a paying customer for your services.
We know that our customers fill in the forms but are not send to our address.
According to our IT department the problem is on your side and not on our side (not spam filter or similar)
Mails about this issue can be send to the known email adress.
Can you solve this problem.

Your email firstname.lastname@example.org was in our bounce list. I have successfully removed it from the list so it should be working by now. Test it and let me know.
