Missing submissions after temporary account downgrade.

Hi

There are thousands of submissions missing after my account got downgraded due to expired credit card info on file. have they been purged from my account or can they be restored?

I had a silver subscription and it got downgraded to a free account but when i registered new credit card info to renew the silver subscription the submission data with years of info seems to be gone?

I'm afraid no, that is not possible since that happens automatically by our system when subscription downgrades. 

So only we can do the restore.
