URGENT: Form is not getting submitted

    Hello, 

    I am facing an issue with the form upload. All our customers are complaining since morning and we are not receiving any leads (We must have missed at least 10 leads since morning.. This is really bad).

    Below is the status of the form.. it just holds "please wait..."

    May I know what's happening. I am spending on our advertising campaigns and we are losing money on advertising spending. 

    Please work on it asap.

    Did your users used your standalone form or where they submitting your embedded form? Were you able to replicate the same issue as well?

    I tested you standalone form and your embedded form but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. Both times I successfully submitted the form and I was redirected to the Thank You page.

    Do you know which browser and device they were using? 

    Maybe it was a temporary issue. Please ask your users to try again. You can also suggest them to use some other browser or some other device. 

    If the form is embedded on some other webpage, please provide us a webpage URL?

    I have received multiple complaints today (not just one). I have tried on multiple computers but the issue is still the same. 
     
    Yes, I have seen you people tried to fill out the form and it worked but that's not the case. Please find my screen recorder. It includes two instances: 
     
    1. On my website
    2. jot form standalone
     
    Please help to rectify asap.

    Thank you for providing screencast to clarify the issue.

    I have sent you a test submission and couldn't replicate it as well. See the gif given below to observe my test:

    However, this type of issues can be caused because of form widgets. I recommend you to remove all of the widgets from your form and try to make a new test submission in order to see if this made everything okay with your form.

    Hello Tina, 


    It worked. However, I have an issue with jot forms. 

    Currently my form has 3 steps (3-page breaks). After I click next >> at step 1 it goes to the bottom (or field 2 or 3) of the form in step 2  instead of showing top (header). 


    I have used nojump at the end of the form url (ex: http://url.com/?nojump) but still this happens. How can i rectify this?
