    We have volunteer forms, in the form they must provide a references email address. We would like it if our reference check form was automatically emailed to that email upon submission. Is this possible?

    Yes, thats possible by getting the field variable and by using our conditional logic tool.

    First:

    You need to get the Reference Email Field variable by going to your form notifications settings;

    1. Go to "Setup and Embed"

    2. Click "Email Alerts"

    3. Click "Notifications"

    4. A window will appear, get the reference email field id, see this visual guide:

    Second:

    Setup a form condition by going to;

    1. Go to "Setup and Embed"

    2. Click "Conditions"

    3. Choose the 3rd option "Send an e-mail after submission"

    4. Setup your condition like this; IF REFERENCE EMAIL FIELD IS FILLED, SEND NOTIFICATIONS TO {email4}

    Please let me know if you are confused. Thanks

    That gets me halfway there! Now is there a way to alter the notification email that it sends and have it be another form?

    Hi,

    I am sorry about earlier when our chat session was cut-off -- you were suddenly disconnected and could not recieve my responses.

    Back to your inquiry --

    I was suggesing the autoresponder email, Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder -- will this suffice already to what you need?

    You can also put a link to another form in the email message. Like this.

    1. Add the text in the email message.

    2. Click on the Link tool in the email editor

    3. add the other form url address

    4. Click insert button

    Hope this help.

    Thanks.
