Creating new recipient email not eorking

    Hi

     

    I have just created a new form and a new recipient email and when testing it still sends ( in test mode) to the email  address i used when setting up my account.  Followed directions.  Please advise.  Thanks Doug

    Hi Doug,

    That how it works to avoid spam abuse. Test Email button will only send notifications to the email address associted with your account and not to the email recipient that you have added or change into your form notifications.

    Do a live a test and see if you can't receive the email notifications. In addition, use noreply@jotform.com as your form notifications "Sender Email".
