    Hi there,

I seem to be having problems with the submissions. We would like to have all the headings + Collapsible headings in the email responses and pdf attachments. I have enabled 'show headers and text' already.

It seems like im having to manually enter the headings/subheadings/collapsible headings in the email content area AND also in the PDF editor in order to get the correct data in our responses.

Is there a way to get ALL of the text from a form created to output in the email generator and pdf WITHOUT having to manually enter information that should already be on a submission?

    Regards,

    Lewis

Please note that the Email Notification table will only contain the input fields. If you want to add the Text, Headings and Section Collapse fields from your form to the Email Notification, you will have to do it manually.

Regarding the PDF reporte - "Show Headers and Texts" option will show only Header Fields, Text Fields, and Image Fields in the PDF report, as mentioned inside of this guide - How to Show Headers and Text in the PDF

I tested and the Section Collapse fields will not be included inside of the PDF report. However, I saw that they are shown on the submissions page when "Show Headers and Texts" option is checked, so I am not sure if this is a bug or not. I will have to check this with our developers. For now, I can only suggest you to customize your PDF report and manually add the Section Collapse fields.

    Hi BJoanna,

The Section Collapse fields not being shown in the PDF report is my main issue, if this could be sorted that would be great! :)

Could you please also mention to your developers about the possibility of the header fields and collapsible fields being added as an option to the excel CSV export? We would like to use excel as a way of comparing our submissions.

    Kindest Regards,

    Lewis
