    Hi,

    I have a survey form that was previsouly used and we want to do the exact same one again.

    -You can clone a form by;

    1. Click on the form on your my forms page,

    2. Click "more button" on right side

    3. Click "Clone Form"

    Also, you can get the URL of the existing form and import it. As of this moment, we are still on a process of redoing our guide sections specially to the my forms page.

    Can I copy  it from my word document into jotform section by section and add the next and back buttons and submit?

    -Yes but you have to manually do this, copy and paste, section by section.

    Please let me know if you think I misunderstood your question, but honestly, I feel a little.

    Thanks
