Stripe integration: Recurring payment

If I have a form that uses Stripe for a recurring payment, will the contact info and the name of the form be transmitted to Stripe for each payment?

Will this information be available to my bookkeeper?

Will the customer receive a receipt for each time the payment is billed to their card?

The contact info will be transmitted. If you want to specify the name of the form you would need to pass a custom message through with the name of the form ( or whatever message you like ).

Yes if your bookkeeper has access to your stripe account they could view this information on the Stripe website.

Will the customer receive a receipt for each time the payment is billed to their card?

Yes they should receive a receipt from Stripe for the transaction. This option would need to be enabled on the Stripe website.

You can also setup an autoresponder email to send a receipt in JotForm if you like.

I just looked at your link: How-to-Send-Custom-Data-to-Stripe-Payment and it states:

"2. Custom Data is available to Payment Type : Sell Products, User Defined Amount and Collect Donations.

We do not forward the form name and contact information (except the email address if provided) to the Stripe.

The 'Custom Data Field' is supported for subscription payment type too. We will fix the guide.

However, it is not included with each payment, it is included only in Stripe Customer's profile.

Here is an example of what you may receive in Stripe:

- Subscription payments are attached to the customers.

- When you click on the payment, you may check the payment details and click on a Customer link.

- In the customer's profile, you will see the product/subscription name, customer's name, customer's email, and received data from the custom data field.
