How to send plain text email notifications?

Is there any way a form submission can be in text format rather than HTML.  This is for the entry of a web lead to my CRM automation.  The system can't read HTML apparently.

I've since found out jotform has taken away this feature. is there any other work around that anyone has discovered?  i still have text submission emails in my profile under another webform.
