One of our critical forms, 16th National Indian Nations Conference Call for Presentations, for some reason, has stopped emailing sender provided email addresses when the form is submitted.
Can you take a look and get back to us?
Thanks.

I did a test submission in your form (https://www.jotform.us/form/72475419556163) and I was able to replicate the issue. I did not receive the autoresponder email.
It is possible that the issue is with the Sender Email SMTP you are using. Please try changing the Sender Email to noreply@jotform.com and verify if it works.
If yes, then I suggest you remove the STMP and then add it back. You may refer to the guides below:
How-to-Edit-Delete-Sender-Emails-on-SMTP-Settings
How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-FormHope that helps. Let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately, changing the return address on the from our domain to yours didn’t work.
Could you compare this problem form to a similar form that works as expected to find the problem? Form is:
https://form.jotform.com/81275576384164 and does send user an emailed copy of their submission.
Thanks

Have you tried removing the autoresponder email and adding it again?
Let us know if the issue still remains.
Thank you.

tlpiorgReplied on July 11, 2018 at 1:43 PMYes I did but did not receive email copy of form with noreply@jotform.com replacing conference@tlpi.org.
What is happening? Sorry, but these forms are going live by Friday, so there is a time restraint.
Regards,
Lou

I have checked your form and you're still using conference@tlpi.org as you your sender email.
Kindly check your SMTP settings again or kindly use noreply@jotform.com as the sender's email.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
