When a customer is purchasing a legal service package, I require that the customer agree to the "Online Engagement Agreement Terms & Conditions"  I would like to link this text ("Online Engagement Agreement Terms & Conditions) to the actual document that opens in a separate window.

Please advise.   If this is not available I cannot use Jotforms.  It looks like this can be done but I am not certain how to accomplish this task.

    Thanks,

    Hi Josh,

You can do this in JotForm. You will have to host (or have it hosted on a repository) the TOC file and just add a Free Text(HTML) field on the form with a link text for the document.

if google document is an OK option for you...

Since you have a gmail account, you can also create a google document as the file and share it in google doc. You can then put the share link to the free text (html) field in the form.

You can also use this method if using PDF file -- How-to-Display-a-PDF-Document-On-Your-Form

Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.
