Text editor: With support for RTF, Images, and export

Hi

Is there a widget we can use so that:

 -- visitors get an RTF field they can use to drag and drop to create a rich text page with text and pics.

 -- then we get output via the CWV as html, which we can import into another site we have.

You can add the CKEditor to a form. It allows rich text along with images and even hyperlinks.
