A second person just contacted me saying they tried to fill out and submit the form multiple times and the system wouldn't take their information.
One address starts: 5F The Plains
Would this be denied because of the street number being a number and a letter?
This is an active form and I'm concerned with now two people not able to register for my event.

As I tried to submit the form, I was able to submit it without any issue at my end.
Is the form embedded on any of your web pages and experiencing the issue? If so, please provide us with the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and assist you further.
Thanks!

Did you try to sign up again with a second from from your email address? This is the real issue.
We’ve also had a few people who’s addresses are unique have difficulty registering. For example an address with “3D" as the house number. Are these fields sensitive to numbers must be numbers for them to be received?
Another person made all the corrections requested and still her registration was not accepted.
Please help!
Thank you.

Hello,
It appears that you have set unique submission on your form, what does not allow multiple submission from one respondent. Please follow the next guide to check it: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.
