Is it possible to hide the Submit button and other elements on the card form?

The problem with the card form is that (in my case) you cannot hide the submit button for example (you can only disable but not hidden), or if you want to hide complety your form and only show a picture (which simulate a 404 error page in order "to hide" your form from the search engines) or in the case of a multilingual you cannot (function of the selected language) personalize the "thank you page" and other small bugs I saw, but I found the card form very sexy, but still need some improvements. That why I try to recreate something sexy (with also the animation effect that you put on the card form that's the idea :-)

    Hi Nelly,

    To explain my problems :

1° How to hide all my unnecessary fields ?

    https://form.jotformeu.com/corporatevents/course-evaluation-form-fr

The objectif : If you use simply this url we want to hide as much as we can the content of this multicard form. But if you use the same url with

    https://form.jotformeu.com/corporatevents/course-evaluation-form-fr?pagesize=fixe600pxby900px

Then you will see all the field except the visual "404 error page..."

Actually the best result I can have (see screenshot number01) as you can see all the elements I still see are quite difficult to hide (the submit can be disable - means no more selectable - but I cannot hide it)

    1531402967Number01 Screenshot 10

2° Problem: I cannot put a Intro text on the same card as a multiple choice on the first card page (a possibility to regroup an explanation and directly on the same page my multiple choice), thus it means for a long evaluation, an important number of screens, which can be seen as a long process for the final user an discourage him to participate to this evaluation.

3° Problem : The same question as the previous one : I cannot put an image which could be on same card as a multiple choice to explain something more clearly or to put some funny stuff to bring some humor to this long evaluation I intend to build.

4° Problem : In my multilingual form, if you select another language (in my case, in the example above) I don't see how to personalize the "thank you page" in dutch or in french if I select the french part.

5° problem : In my multingual form, how can I personnalize the warning or  error message depending on the language I select, is it possible ?

6° problem : you cannot change the previous & next button regarding the language selected (in a multilingual context)

Those are the actual problems I saw, I stop to use the multicard form but I would really appreciate to reuse them.

I hope you will be able to help me and sorry for my poor english.

    Gerard

To address your first issue, unfortunately, it is not possible to hide the Submit button or header or the language selection on the card forms. May we suggest to put a message something different like the option is missing or not available instead of page not found?

The other questions are moved to separate threads and shall be addressed there shortly in their respective links.

    Hi Kiran,

    Concerning your first suggestion :

Ok, It's going to be very difficult for me, my english is not so good but I'm going to try to explain. For security reason we want to simulate an error 404 in order to hide our forms to curious people who doesn't have the right to use our form. Those forms can be only used internally in our company. We knew that a simple search on google show all our forms if somebody try to search with specific words, now with this simple trick a curious person with the same search will only see empty pages with an error 404, that the objectif and that's why we use this stragegy with the usual classical forms, but with this new multicard form  (very sexy, very desirable :-)) we cannot for the moment. If there is another one we would be very glad to hear about it.

    Thanks for your help

    Gerard

    Hi,

I cloned your form and added a short text field that is called "access code". I added a condition that "If the access code isn't equal to 123, hide all pages." as you can see below:

    1531480875Screen Shot 2018 07 13 at 2 Screenshot 10

I changed one condition that as you can see below:

    1531480848Screen Shot 2018 07 13 at 2 Screenshot 21

So, if you do that you don't allow the people who don't have the right to use your form.

    This is my form: https://form.jotform.com/81933284423963

You can clone it and make changes. To clone it, you can look at this guide:

-How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL

Let us know if you need more help.

    Hi Nelly,

Thanks for your suggestion, but if we do that, the curious people will know that there is something behind the acces code (because they see the field "acces code") so the risk that they will try to break the code (by curiosity) is higher then if they see a 404 error page, plus it oblige our people to input an acces code (I don't remember, one more step ? why ?) we want a transparent process which permit the allowed people to directly use the form and the others not to see the form.

    Thanks anyway

    Gerard

This field can be renamed to a less obvious field such as a "username" or "start code".

Thanks Donald, nice suggestion for the first part of ma remark but not for the second part (it means a new code that we need to communicate to the people + they will forget that code, ...)

    Thanks anyway
