I can not login

    Hello

    Login and signup buttons on top does not work. I created and form shared as template then I could not login.

    I can create forms

    I can use other menus

    I can not use dropdown SUPPORT menu also jotformeu. 

    My cookies are on. 

     MY IP address is 46.196.30.232

    Not sure if this helps but I've noticed a similar issue when i choose the support tab after having been on the Form Templates or Pricing tab. Try clicking on My Forms tab then see if Support tab works.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Regarding on your issue, may we ask your account username for us to check your account and investigate the said issue? Have you tried already deleting browser cache and cookies? If not, can you please give a try.

    Our dev team is already aware about the bug of Support tab/menu if you are in pricing page and I'm sure that they are already working on this.
