[JotForm Cards]: Is it possible to combine different form elements on single card?

2° Problem: I cannot put a Intro text on the same card as a multiple choice on the first card page (a possibility to regroup an explanation and directly on the same page my multiple choice), thus it means for a long evaluation, an important number of screens, which can be seen as a long process for the final user an discourage him to participate to this evaluation.

3° Problem : The same question as the previous one : I cannot put an image which could be on same card as a multiple choice to explain something more clearly or to put some funny stuff to bring some humor to this long evaluation I intend to build.

I'm not sure I understood your question correctly, regarding adding intro text on the same card as a multiple choice.

Do you want to add a header text and a question text into one card?

You can use multi-line question to add field elements into one card.

However, the field element is limited to  text box,email,number,dropdown and phone.

Unfortunately, there is no option to add images on a card with a question.

If you want, you could try the classic forms as your from questions would be on a page rather than placed on each card.

This question has been extract from a more global question adressed to me by nelly in order to demonstrate more precisely that the new multi card form is very sexy but immature and flexible enough to be used by me. Your answer serve my purpose, yes indeed I'm oblige to use the classical form. The first conclusion is that the multicard form need to evolve and need more personnalisation other you will only be able to use this system for a short survey.

In my most enthusiastic dreams, I would like to have this : in the build section of a form (if you are in the multi-card form), when you do a drag and drop of one element (text box, drop-down, multiple choice, image,...) or a card on second card, the two elements merge in one card, you have than the perfect form, you can decide one question/ card or more that one question/card (in order for example to reduce the number of cards (or screens) the user will have to see.
