    Hello! I'd like to know how I can add a tracking code to my iframe based form. I need to be able to track withing FullStory.

    You should be able to track the iframe code if you add the FullStory snippet on the page where the form is embedded.

    If you are having any issues, try to embed the form using the Source Code of the form instead.

    Hi! I just checked with FullStory and they are saying I'd need to add the
    code directly to the iframe of jotform. Is this possible? I didn't see an
    option to get the full source code of my form when I tried to follow the
    instructions in the link.
    Thanks for your help!

    It is not something that we have tried, but if they said it, you can provide them your Iframe code, and they should be able to identify where it should be placed. I think that the snippet might go in the same page where you embed your form, so probably it will be something like:

    <your snippet from fullstory>

    <iframe "your iframe code">

    But, please make sure with them. On regards of the source code, that can be found like this:

    I went to that page but I'm still not seeing it. Is "source code" not available for Card-based forms?

    Thanks for specifying your type of form. No, unfortunately, it is not available for Card Forms. If you want to switch your form to the classic layout, follow this path:

    Thanks. I don't want to switch from the card layout as it is best for my users at this time. Is there a possibility that Jotform will add a widget that allows us to inject tracking scripts in the near future?

    I will submit a feature request to have a FullStory Tracking Code widget, unfortunately, there is no estimated time-frame. If this gets implemented in the future, you will be updated via this thread.

    the tag of my jotform manually?

    I do not get your question clearly. However, based on my understanding, you would like us to add code manually into your card form. This is currently not possible. Can you let us know what kind of functionality you would like to achieve with the code injected?

    The main functionality is to be able to use analytics tools like FullStory to track user interaction with the form on my site. I need to know if certain questions are causing users to bounce and not submit the full form or if there are questions that frustrate users and cause them to spend more time on a question than they should. We use FullStory to test user interaction other areas of our site.

    Another possibility would be to allow the forms to carry Segment code in the "Head" tag of the page. Segment allows you to add a  bit of tracking code, once, and it works with a ton of services like FullStory, GoogleAnalytics, Heap, etc (meaning we'd never again have to bug you to add another service to JotForm).

    It is not possible to manually add any type of code for security reasons. On regards of Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/google_analytics

    Open a new thread if you need anything else, we will be glad to assist you.
