Image preview upload widget: Not showing fully when accessed via Inbox button

    In my form 'Leverandør afvigelse' it is possible for the user to add pictures

    When shown in the Inbox the pictures are Zoomed in so it is not possible to see the complete picture.
    What to do to be able to see the complete picture in the Inbox without open the picture.

    I have the same problem when I see the picture in "View Submissions"

    To be able to see the picture I need to open the submission as pdf

    I cloned your form and found that I couldn't reproduce the problem.

    For example:

    I then checked your submissions. And see that they are fine too!

    So that means only the submission inbox is not working properly:

    So I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. The development team will take a look at the issue and hopefully provide a response.

    We will notify you of any progress.

    I cloned your form and tried to replicate this on my side to no avail. I could see the images were appearing fine in the email without changing its original properties. I even tried the different sizes and it didn't make any difference. I also checked the confirmed the Auto Responder table configuration in email settings and I see nothing wrong there. 

    Here is the screenshot of pictures seen in email (left side)vs the pictures are seen in the PDF (right side)

    Have you noticed this issue with all the emails or is it just intermittently happening with some submissions? Have you noticed this happening with different sizes of images? Have you noticed any difference if you change it to the different email/browser etc? 

    Please share what email address (in the Reply-To field), the browser you are using which will help us diagnose this further.  

    The image height in the form is dynamic hence it automatically adjusts the height. In your case, this could have been trimmed/changed while emails are being sent. I could think that the size limit would a constraint when sending email however it may not be applicable here.

    If you could provide the requested details, I'll investigate this further.

    I have the same problem in this form as well https://form.jotformeu.com/centrumpaele/centrum-kundeafv

    When the Submissions are shown in my Outlook Email the attached Pictures are shown very big. To see the complete picture I have to zoom out, but then it is not possible to read the text

    I Jotform Inbox I can only see at part of the picture. It is not possible to use the Zoom function, so to see the complete picture I have to open the picture.
    I have tried in Explore 11 and Edge - Same problem in both


    When I use Jotform - More - View Submissions
    - In Explore 11 - Same problem as above - To see the complete picture I have to open the picture. 
    - Edge - The size of the picture and the text is OK 


    I haven't noticed if the size of the picture have an influence on the problem, but your submission give the same problem

    The form is send to my email bo@centrumpaele.dk and kma@centrumpaele.dk


    I use Internet Explore 11 as my strandard browser as this is what we need to use to get our Intranet running




    - Is it possible to get a notification when you have send you answer - or do I have to go in and check myself

    I would suggest you please share the screenshot of the outlook inbox on how the images appear and we will take a look. 

    The submission inbox issue is already reported to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    You may resize the images in the email template by modifying the way how it's included, to do it you will need to edit the email template and change the current field type included to add the size, example: 

    {IMG:fieldName:Width:Height}

    Hi Kevin

    The field is not an image
    The field is of the type 'Fil Upload' (standard element), that the user use to upload a fil

    I have no access to Field ID or Field Name in this field type

    What my colleague suggested you is to edit your notification email template and set the height/width which you want to be displayed. Please check the screenshot below:
