    Hi

Is there a way for a number of forms to sit on the app (or another platform or mobile app) so that my staff/workers can choose the appropriate form, complete it and submit it.  Sometimes they may be working without internet access, so looking for an 'offline' form completion with submission when online is available.

I can only see the app showing 'submitted' forms, meaning that the forms must reside somewhere else, like a website...?

I could put all the forms on our website so we create a user portal, but no good if no internet connection when they need to capture data on a form...

    Suggestions?

    Regards

Yes, you can do this with JotForm. Simply create an online form using Form Builder, then use the Fillable PDF to turn your online form into a PDF form that can be filled offline.

The forms are present in your profile. You can check your "Myform" section of your profile.

    Follow this link:

These forms can be embedded in your websites. You can also customize the source code according to your needs. When you use the form source code, you'll have control over the HTML, CSS, and JS of your form. However, once you click the submit button, JotForm will be the one who will process the submission with the use of post method/backend programming and database.

The process is once the user submitted the form, the data will be sent to our server first. After that, an email will be sent to the recipient through the email notifications. The submissions are captured in your profile too and you can also view these submissions.
