Its really annoying that when a customer fills out a form and the details of the form including extra information are sent from jotform to the customer it ends up in their spam folder. Looks really unprofessional that the jotform emails end up in their junk. I get several emails a day saying they havnt received a email that jotform sent to them. Cant really tell them to add jotform to a whitelist.
How can this be resolved

Please try to configure the sender email to firstname.lastname@example.org just like in the screenshot below as this may help.
Another solution is to create a Hidden field which can be found on Power Tools and name the field by your actual email address.
Then in the dropdown example above where it sends "Sender Email" you should see an option appear with name of the email field you just created, people can't even see this field since it's hidden.
