My form keeps locking up

I added some conditional logic using update/calculate field's value.   When multiple is selected for Single/Multiple User SARF and based on what the user's chooses for Entity and Credentials, JotForm auto selects the systems for them.  At first it worked beautifully but now when you select Entity, the form locks up.

I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. 

I think that the form is looking up because there is a conflict between your conditions. For example, if JNH is selected 3 conditions will be true. 

You are also passing the value from the field "Systems to Term" to the same field, which can also cause some issue.

I would suggest you to double check your conditions and make sure that there are no conflict between them. You should also pass the values to some other field.

Thank you. I realized after I read your response that my conditions should have been set to “All” rather than “Any”. It’s working now.
