Shared Account: Remove JotForm branding from form

    I contacted Dr. Kimberly Santiago, she upgraded her account to the Bronze package. I still can't remove the JotForm logo.

    Could you please share the form owner account details and also the form in which the jotform logo is visible.

    It would help us in investing the issue better.

    Hello,
    It's the only form in my account. Username for account is: tbennett@digital-creationz.com
    It's titled Santiago Dental Wellness Patient Inquiry
    Dr. Kimberly Santiago- Santiago Dental Wellness added me to her account to manage her form. 
    I had brought up this issue a week ago and they said it was because she needed to upgrade her account. She did upgrade her account and I should be able to take care of it.

    I have checked santiagodentalwellness is upgraded to Bronze now. You can ask the form owner to remove the JotForm branding from the settings page.

    Please uncheck the JotForm branding option and the branding would be removed from the forms.
