Formatting My Jotform Rows / Colums

I'd like to adjust how many columns I can put on each row of my Jot Form in some of the entries.

    For example,

Under the Name Entry, I'd like the First, Middle and Last Name to all be on 1 row instead of 2 (When I add the "Middle" Name option it automatically makes this two rows event though there is more than suffient space to keep it all on 1 row).

Another example is I'd like to make the Email Address and Phone Number Entries all on 1 row as well. However, It looks like I must shrink the Phone Number section to fit, and when I do this the "area code" text of the phone number gets readjusted to where it's only half visible.

Lastly, I have a configurable list widget here. The problem with this is that when I open this form on a smartphone, or on a split screen, the rest of the Jotform adjusts to fit the new screen size but the configurable list expands into the background color of the form, and no longer looks professional.

Happy to provide any other info you need.

    Thanks!
